Please note that we are a home-based business. This helps us reduce high rental and operating costs, allowing us to offer quality hair systems at some of the most affordable prices in the market.

We highly recommend trying the hair system before purchasing. This helps customers make the right choice, understand the product better, and avoid any misunderstanding regarding size, style, colour, or suitability. A trial before purchase can also help protect your investment and ensure you are more confident before buying the hair system.

If you wish to purchase without visiting, please ensure you know your base size before placing an order.

If you need us to cut and style the hair system, we also offer a pre-cut service. Kindly let us know your preferred hairstyle.

The hair system comes uncut, with hair lengths of approximately 5–6 inches. We will cut it per the customer's request, leaving it about 1–1.5 inches longer. This allows the client to make final adjustments, such as trimming or styling, at any professional hair salon.

Hair systems and hairpieces usually come from the factory uncut and unstyled. For the best and most natural result, we strongly recommend having your new hairpiece cut and styled while it is placed on your head.

Haircut Service

Many customers ask us to cut their hairpiece before wearing it. However, the best result is always achieved when the hairpiece is cut while it is fitted on your head. This allows the stylist to blend the hair system naturally with your existing hair and face shape.

If you are unable to find a stylist who is experienced in cutting hairpieces, you may send the hairpiece back to us. We can provide a basic cut-in service for a fee, plus return shipping. The haircut will be done slightly longer, as it is always safer to leave the hair a little longer than to cut it too short. Once the hair is cut, it cannot grow back.

Please let us know your preferred hair length in inches for the front, sides, crown, and back area.

Sometimes, barbers or hairstylists who are not familiar with hair systems may find it easier to fine-tune the style after we have completed the first basic cut. This helps reduce the risk of cutting too much during the initial styling.

Important Notice

Please note that once a hairpiece has been cut, it is not returnable under any circumstances, even if the cut was done by us. Any concerns or complaints about the hairpiece should be raised before it is cut.

Although we always do our best to provide a good and natural-looking haircut, we cannot guarantee that every customer will be fully satisfied with the final style, as hairstyle preference is personal.

After wearing the hairpiece for a couple of weeks, the hair will usually settle and become easier to manage. It may also appear less dense once it relaxes. A second haircut or fine-tuning session can help improve the final look and create a more polished style.
